We really hope you love your Viel’s purchase, however, if you do need to make a return you’re welcome to do so within 14 days of receiving your package.

To start the return process, contact us first via email at viel@viels.co.uk so we can advise you on how best to return goods to us.

All returned items must be sent back to us unused and in their original condition/packaging. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable. Please note, if 14 days have expired then unfortunately, we are unable to accept your return.

Please note that any personalised prints and products can not be returned.
